Hi everyone! In this blog I want to talk about the career "Chemistry and Pharmacy".
The profession of Chemistry and pharmacy is very broad, because there are many different areas where the pharmaceutics can work.
One of the thinks they can do is work in a pharmacy, by advising people and teaching how to follow his treatment, for example when to take they medication, how often, with what other medication they cannot mix, or what adverse effects may appear during the treatment.
Other thing they can do is work in a hospital or a clinic, by managing and coordinating all the patients treatments.
Another area where a pharmaceutics can work is a laboratory, by doing all the process to prepare a medicament, or in a cosmetic industry, where they prepare things like cleaning articles (like soap, shampoo) and creams, etc.
Also, the pharmaceutics can work in investigation projects.
I chose this career because I think that chemistry and science in general are very interesting and I enjoy studying it or being in the laboratories, but must important, I think that being a pharmaceutic gaves you the opportunity to contribute to the people's health in many ways.
